"When you check in they charge you $50 for incidentals and then they give it back to you when you check out supposedly. They charged me $50 twice and haven't given it back so I have to make a call to my bank or to them. These Little things become irritating after a Time everything nickel and dime nickel and dime."

"There was a hair in our sausage from the breakfast bar. Also the waffle station was a mess. There was a larger group of baseball players staying which could have contributed to that. Also the elevator was broke was it took awhile to get to room."

"Beautiful rooms, amazing staff, extremely convenient location. I cannot rave enough about this place! Super kid friendly. They have tons of pool toys for the kids. There are grills on the property that are available to guests. The kitchen was a HUGE plus. Rooms are spacious and all of the rooms face the pool. 100/10 I will definitely be back!"

"Everything is perfect, the main reason I chose the hotel was due to having breakfast, the breakfast was a hit every morning. The only downside was the tv I was unable to stream. The hotel was very close to all major store and more. Will definitely visit again."

"The room was recently updated and very cute. It was only a two minute walk away from the beach, which helped to avoid paying for parking. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The entrance of the hotel plus the elevator and other common areas were extremely dirty, the administration does not worry about keeping the building clean, when you enter that is the first impression, and the outside of the building worse hurts to see how all those flowers they have are burned by the sun you can see that not even a little water fall on them, what I did like was the breakfast that was spectacular very varied and the room was clean, but please this message is for the manager...

"Our room was large and spotless! The pool was excellent overlooking the bay and the beach was literally across the street 2min walk. Everything was within walking distance or you can use the trolley that runs up until 12midnight for $5/day. Our family had a wonderful 2day stay. Already looking when we can return. Thank you to the staff especially Dania!"
