"Front desk worker Johnathan stood out the most!
He is the definition of front desk staff, the face of the hotel as soon as you enter. I can't say a bad thing about him at all. He went out of his way to help us! And he didn't need to. Kind caring, attentive, helpful, perfect customer skills. Friendly and wonderful smile and personality I legit can't say a bad thing about him! Just cause of him I will be back.
And top it off, cleanest hotel room I've stayed in! Clean, comfy, welcoming.
I can't say a bad thing about the hotel or staff.
Give him and the cleaning, maintence staff a fat raise/long vacation they deserve it! Kudos to your team! I'm looking forward to my next visit!

"I had been traveling for several days in a row and was exhausted so I requested a room where I would have peace and quiet. Front desk did the best they could. I slept very peacefully.
