"Good luck flushing the toilet. Overall, this property was ok. Not bad, not good...middling. It was quite clean so kudos for that. The TV works and the staff is good. But note that it is quite worn down. I think it's mostly for long term construction workers and that type of guest, so nothing fancy but a roof when needed. "This was one of the best experiences we've had while traveling. Thick heavy door blocked out any possible noise while the room itself was clean and comfortable. Nice pool and helpful staff. I would definitely stay here again and I do not say that about hotels very often. Great place!"

"Studio 1 Motel was a great little place to stay. Close to the 401, but right next to gas stations, restaurants, and a grocery store, it was convenient to get to. The room was clean and well set up. The pillows were very thin, but this was the only thing we noticed as less than ideal. It was quiet and we didn't notice any noise from outside the room. Overall, it was an excellent place to stay for a reasonable price. We will definitely be going back to stay again. Thank you."
