"This is an older hotel but our room had been completely updated with new vinyl plank flooring, new tile and fixtures in the bathroom, and extremely comfortable beds. The room was absolutely spotless. We did hear trains throughout the night, but that would be the same no matter where you stay in Seligman. Plenty of towels, hairdryer, and travel size toiletries in the bathroom. We had a family room with three double beds and it was perfect for our group. I would not hesitate to stay here again, and I am very picky about accommodations."

"Cute little place with a very retro feel. Right in the middle of everything. Clean and tidy, and extremely comfortable bed. Front desk person (Shannon?) kind, friendly, and helpful. Only cons: limited plugs, and unable to figure out how to get Thursday Night Football on television!"
