"We felt not welcomed! Front receptionist staff were rude. They didn’t even welcome us. It looked like they didn’t like to rate we gave for the rooms on expedia. They gave us a room in the basement. I believe it was under the restaurant because there were lots of chair moving on our ceiling. The room was dusty and hairs on the desk. I had to wash the mugs in the room before I use. When I asked the room to be cleaned the next day, they said that they can’t promise. Very disappointed and would not recommend it to anyone. The breakfast was great though."
