"This hotel is adorable with very unique and colorful rooms, took me back to my grandparent’s house in the 70’s. An elevator was down, it was really hot by the ive maker on the 9th floor. The staff was lovely and very helpful"

One call was nasty—a guy complaining about noise and was ready to cause a big stir if the problem wasn’t corrected. When talking to the front desk about the problem we didn’t get any help. Please correct your telephone system. Basically when people press the front desk button, they are directed to 301."
