"It appears the property has updated finishes (tiled bathrooms, bath fixtures, light fixtures and carpet). The room lighting has need for improvement.
For a 3 night stay the receptionist stated maid service would be every other day. We were getting ourselves ready for a wedding the day of the scheduled maid service. While the maid service was near our room, I stepped out of our room into the hallway to let the maids know we would be out of our room within approximately 30 minutes (by approx...

"My visit was disgusting. The hallway and entryway look like they hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks. The staff was nonexistent. The person who checked me in was virtual and it took a long time because she couldn’t see my drivers license. When I got to my room, the bedspread was either dirty or stained. There were long hairs in the sink. Those two things alone made me question if anything was clean. I was exhausted and I knew there was no person to talk to so I just went to bed. I slept in my clothes...

"My husband and I were terribly disappointed in our visit to the Hilton. We have always had a good experience with this hotel chain until this one. The hot tub wasn’t working and we were supposed to get a King bed but instead got double queens. We were super hopeful for the hot tub and picked this particular hotel because it was advertised. Next time I will ask better questions."
