Tentaram nos transferir para um quarto inferior, sem banheiro. Meus filhos dormiram sozinhos num quarto sem banheiro, pois já era 22h. A "cozinha compartilhada" não tem utensílios, nem chaleira. O banheiro é minúsculo, transparente e sem privacidade. Pedi algo simbólico para o aniversário da minha filha e prometeram, mas nada...
