"Our stay at The Opal and West House was amazing! We stayed for a friend’s wedding and found traveling around the city extremely easy and quick while staying here. There was unfortunately an issue with our AC during the first day of our stay, but Lynsie was so accommodating ensuring us a perfect stay! We can’t wait to come back!"

She checked into the hotel and the front desk person was in her office smoking a cigarette. She got to the room and she felt very uncomfortable. "Management and other staff are in need of customer service training and attitude adjustment. They don’t appear to like their work environment much. Check in was the worst I have experienced in a very long time. Room was clean and the breakfast was good. Would not stay there again."

"This is incredibly frustrating, my flight was delayed, even though I had paid a deposit on the room, I got in 12 hours later than expected. When I checked in, they told me that they not only charged me, but that they gave my room away. Neither a refund nor solution was given. So not helpful, I called Expedia and they told me it was up to the discretion of the hotel. NOT A VERY GOOD AREA, either. I believe it was the owner who is at the front desk, so word to the wise… STAY AWAY"
