Stayed here and returned a week later during our road trip as we loved the area and the hotel. Such excellent value for money and amazing location, about 15 minute walk to London Bridge. Hotel rooms are modern clean fresh and large, slept so well in the very comfy bed. Only little niggle second time round, the Internet wasn't working so the man at reception wasn't able to book us in, we had a bit of a wait, we had been driving all day, and were hot and bothered, sat in the reception area was a bit of pain, it wasn't the man's fault, just a little grumble Apart from that would 100% recommend the sway hotel and would absolutely stay again if I ever visit Lake Havasu

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities
Room was dirty, no coffee cups in the morning. Staff in the morning were very good. Otherwise I would not stay here again and I don’t like leaving bad reviews but this is just not a good hotel. Maybe it’s just room #102.

Very old! Security lock on door was broken off. There were holes in the sheets. They could not provide wash cloths. Parking was ok and there was a restaurant close by.

It was an unexpected pleasure. It looked like a lesser motel among the larger more expensive ones but it can keep up with them! The staff was nice and the room was clean and updated. Would stay again.

A surprising stay at a near the water and near town hotel. Staff was excellent feom checkin to checkout. Decor basic but in good shape and attractive. A/C worked well—a big plus Im Lake Havasu. The bed was too hard for me causing some shoulder and hip discomfort, but u did sleep fairly well. So overall our stay was very enjoyable.
