"Stayed with dogs and had a nice first floor room with a grassy area right outside. Staff was friendly and room was just perfect for what we needed. Nicer than some we stayed the last couple of days. Breakfast was good as it always is at BWs. Restful stay."

"Parking was easy and there were plenty of spots available. The check in was quick. Staff was friendly. The room was clean, but one of the towels had stains on it. The tub floor while not slippery, was very uneven and felt awkward taking a shower. The room itself required each individual light to be turned off and on, rather then a main switch to power them all. The carpets in the hallway on the main floor had quite a few stains on the carpet. It looks like a pet causef it or a spill of some sort. Overall a clean and convienient place to stay."

"Based on the photos in the app, I expected a clean, updated room. What I got looked like the “before” version of a renovation that never happened. The headboard was so dusty there was already a handprint left in it from previous guests, which left nothing to the imagination and someone had thoughtfully stuck a piece of gum to the side of it. The “down” comforter didn’t even fit the bed, leaving the mattress exposed. Maintenance clearly isn’t a priority either. The bathroom door frame was splintered and damaged, the molding was falling apart, and the toilet ran nonstop (can’t say I blame it) and wobbled when you sat down. The “new” bathroom flooring was dirty, and the carpet in the pet-friendly room smelled strongly of urine with visible stains. Between the noise outside and the constantly running toilet, it wasn’t exactly restful. If the room actually matched the photos, this could have been a decent stay. Unfortunately, the reality was very different. Management may want to review the condition of the room. "

"Limited parking. You’ll most likely have to use the parking garage across the street which isn’t a huge inconvenience since they have a drop off area for you to unload. We booked the executive room and the room was extremely humid. We thought it would eventually clear out but it was for the full stay. You could see mold along the wall/ceiling in the shower. During our check in another occupant asked if it was normal for her room not to go below 74 degrees. There was only 1 working elevator due to children playing with the buttons so they had an employee stay in the elevator to avoid it from happening again. The employee was super kind but there was no circulation in the elevator and those lights are just beaming down so I felt kind of bad for the guy. The rooms didn’t have microwaves or mini fridges either so you’ll have to go to the lobby if you need a microwave. The staff was kind but the property really needs to be upgraded and renovated. Unfortunately, we won’t book another stay."

"The hotel staff was amazing room was comfortable my my only thing I wish they would improve on there was no channel list for the TV had to flip through every channel to see what it was on no movie channel. there was no town information restaurant recommendations or anything like that in the room. "
