The owner was very rude and would not work with us. We didn’t even stay because it looked nasty and very unclean. But the lady at the service desk was very nice and tried to help out.

Saw at least ten palmetto bugs crawling behind the night stand (along with crumbs and trash). The good part is they refunded me my money as I went back to the front desk after only 9 minutes from checking in. Staff was very accomodating and respectful about it and that was nice.

The room was a good sized room. The bathroom was really small and it could definitely use some remodeling as it’s an older outdated motel. The walls could use a good scrubbing and there was a musty smell in there and the shower had no pressure the water was just spring out every where. Other than that the motel was comfortable and easily accessible, the price was definitely reasonable for the room.

This facility was suffering the effects of a hurricane. They had neighboring gas station debris in their parking lot and roof damage themselves. Staff had damage to their own homes, yet they were open, clean, and happy.

The staff is very nice and attentive. There is storm damage in this entire area. Staff is doing the best they can with what is left. I am a employee with one of the contractors in the area cleaning up debris. I am Very grateful they are here to accommodate us. I slept in my car in Mayo. So its great to be able to have a room with reasonable rates. Thank you budget in!

They have brand new marble tile in the bathrooms and the bathroom sink. All staff members were very pleasant to deal with. I did however put the desk in front of the door because the lock was sketchy. And from what I can tell this is absolutely amazing because I've seen more expensive hotels with this problem the Budget inn had zero cockroaches which was very very refreshing we didn't have to worry about our food getting criterized. It was affordable. I don't have any real complaints about the hotel I would probably stay again.

The room was terribly run down. The toilet seat had layers flaking off. There was a single cup coffee maker in the room but it was all corroded and discussing There was no coffee or cups, which is just as well. The tv totally sucked. The few channels it did get were not the channels that they said they were on the screen and very bad quality. The bed was not bad so compared to everything else, I was happy about that. I paid $50 for the night, which these days is cheap but years ago I can remember when Motel 6 was actually $6 per night and the rooms were simple but nice and clean. I guess for $50 I was expecting something similar.

Very few services in the area. Cable quit working. No wifi, no pool, no ice, no vending, no laundry, no maid. Mold in bathroom on ceiling, towel fixtures falling off of the wall, no toiletries, no microwave, no coffee pot, no mini fridge. Huge wet spot in ceiling. I was not expecting the Taj Mahal for the price but it was still a bit rougher than expected especially for the price. I don’t believe I will be returning to this location. The 2 staff members I spoke to during checkin and check out were pleasant but that was about the best part of the whole trip.

NEVER AGAIN NOT EVEN FOR MY WORST ENEMY OR A DOG

It was so dirty old outdated stains everywhere ceiling peeling cracking walls mis painted cracks in bathroom tile really bad refrigerator I would never use the top was rusty the table at door had burnt cigarette burns all over and it was a non smoking room.steps leading to room where falling in ceiling above steps fall out and apart. Hotel rep was nice though. Room smelled horrible. Like mildew artwork on walls falling apart vent in bathroom ceiling had no cover so wires were exposed everywhere. The cover was on top of microwave. Water from sink and shower was brown window curtain was held together by safety pin front door had wood nails hanging off wood trim. Definitely would never come again or wouldn’t recommend. Staff was very nice and we didn’t check in till 11pm after driving 8 hrs from Little Rock Arkansas. Wife and daughter were pissed at me that I made reservation in such a poor shaped hotel even though picture made it look like it an ok place to stay

This place is at the BEGINNING of a major remodel. The rooms are disgusting, dirty towels in my room.... construction trash everywhere... I made a big mistake booking this before I saw it

The room I booked was already occupied by somebody else that I woke up and he told me it was his room. I then went to the front desk and was told there was no more rooms. They moved Us to another motel that had black cat hair all over the sheets and the pillows. They had just taken somebody out of the room! Probably won't be back, was a Very Late night and wasn't worth the $. Didn't even offer a discount towards anything. Bad experience in Jasper at Budget inn.

Property was being remodeled and walls were patched, practically abandoned, mold and damage all over, graffiti on outside, dirty, ac was bad, fridge was broken, no cold water in sink, towels were stained, furniture damaged, garbage in room, water tasted awful, no wifi, tv had only few channels, and room smelt like mold and stinky.

WORST HOTEL IN MY ENTIRE LIFE

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at, roaches on the wall, sheets were dirty with hair & debris, floors covered in dirty & haven’t been vacuumed, walls covered in stains, bathroom completely falling apart!!!! Absolutely disgusting!!!! Need to be condemned

Worse stay in my life

I booked two rooms and one was worse than the other, asked to get another room and was given even a worse one. One room smelled awful, the other rooms tub looked like it was painted with a paint brush and still had a piece of soap stuck on the floor and the bathroom was dirty, towels were dingy and the roll of toilet paper was full of brown particles of something. When we requested another room that we had no choice but to stay in it had mildew in the mini fridge, spider wed and dirty bathroom besides the roach that started to come out. Please don’t stay there. I had no choice it was midnight when we got to the hotel and nothing near by to stay. People everything looks nice on pictures.
