"Everything on the property is new. They opened about four months ago. The staff is very friendly and willing to accommodate for a special needs the café downstairs although a little bit pricey is convenient and the food is delicious. The beds are clean and very comfortable!"

"They are an older hotel under renovation, however it was still a great stay. This has been my 2nd time staying there. Its about 10 minute drive to UTampa and there is a mall down the road. I will stay again, forsure!"

"The gentleman that staffed the breakfast was so personable and nice. All the front in staff was cheery and helpful. The housekeepers always looked up and said hello. When I got to my room the fridge knob was missing and not cold. Maintenance came up within 30 minutes and fixed it and was so nice about it. The food was good and the workout facility was ok along with the pool. Bits and pieces were run down but overall the comfort was good and the room was nice. The laundry room could be vented...
