"My wife and I stayed for one night after a wedding we attended because the hotel had many good reviews. We were not impressed. Drive up appeal not good. It was raining and there was no awning to unload at. Lobby was small and unimpressive. Most importantly, there was no elevator to go to our 2nd floor room. Hotel and room were clean with almost a full kitchen, but no cookware, no silverware and, most importantly, no coffee pot. We were awakened at 2am and 5am by guest down the hall banging...

"Overall, the stay was okay when we first arrived, but there were several issues that made it uncomfortable. The room had no place to hang clothes, which was inconvenient. The inside of the room had a strong mold smell, and combined with the loud AC noise, it gave us headaches. The bathroom also smelled moldy, and the amenities were very limited. The Wi-Fi was also very laggy and kept disconnecting. The breakfast, however, was okay."

"Hotel Soma was perfect for our one night stay in Ft. Worth in June. The instructions were sent to us before our check in time & we had no problem getting inside. Once inside, we were welcomed with the cold air from a great A/C and relaxing music on the tvs. The kitchenette had everything you could need, even for a longer stay...plates/silverware/glasses. "I was very disappointed with my stay. The room had a strong smoke odor as soon as I walked in, which made it very uncomfortable. In addition, the room did not appear to be thoroughly cleaned. Overall, the cleanliness and smell of the room did not meet expectations, and I would not choose to stay here again."

"The people weren't very helpful. I called to ask how much an early check in would be and they told me 20 dollars. I came in early by a few hours and they charged me a whole extra day. They informed me that I was given wrong information. Another aspect that wasn't too great. The hotel wasn't clean. I got in there and they had previous repairs. "The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, making for a very pleasant stay. Honor Blessed was amazing at the front desk and made the check-in process smooth and welcoming from start to finish. The valet team was also fast, friendly, and very helpful. Although this was a quick stay, everything exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and look forward to booking a longer visit next time."
