"I originally booked for one week in April 2026 with the intent of possibly staying at other locations for the remainder of my 3 week stay in the Phillipines. My girlfriend actually "checked-in" one day prior to my arrival. There is no front desk or go to person if you have a question or grievance about your room. Everything is done over the phone. When I got there the window air conditioner was not cooling the room enough to my satisfaction. I couldn't navigate the remote for the TV which consisted of only two channels, Youtube and Netflix, which required a code to access. After numerous phone calls to the "owner" whom never seemed to be sympathetic a resident "maintenance" person came to my room and provided my with a desk fan which helped considerably with the temp. and showed my how to use the remote. YOU are required to clean your room prior to checking out, no daily housekeeping, no clean towels, sheets, toilet paper. If you love insects there are plenty of small ants to keep you company!"
