"Clean room and staff response."

"Upon arrival staff informed us that though the room was prepaid Hotels.com does not pay the property. The owner gave the staff orders to collect local payment. We complied and paid with the owner's word that he cancelled the Hotels.com reservation. We waited for a hotels.com email but received none. We checked out after a sleepless night due to 3 bed bugs discovered at about 1 a.m. Upon vacating the next morning, the owner assured us of repayment for the one night we did not use by TUESDAY...

"No electricity, at least upon arrival Upon arrival there was no electricity. They said they need to get fuel to put on the light which made me assume I was the only guest and also I didn’t see anyone else in the two nights I stayed there. Now the rooms were unfortunately very dirty, with cigarette stubbles and hair laying in the bathroom. No light in the Bathroom and Cigarette stubbles on the floor After letting them know that the light in the bathroom is not working nothing was done about it....

"This property is a full scam online. Once you pull up to the gate, they deny you access and say they'd no longer rent apartments for sublet.Even though I prepaid through expedia. They refuse to refund or respond. Do not book here they will steal your money!! I was stranded in nigeria for 2 weeks with no where to stay"

"The property looks even better in-person. We booked the penthouse and we were blown away by how luxurious it was. Rhe arwa is secure and we felt safe the entire time. The only real downside was the Wi-Fi and the food delivery took way too long to arrive. The foid was really tasty though so that made up for the wait. Also there were hidden nightly fees so make sure to read the fine print before booking."
