Arrived at the hotel, after 14u and room was not ready. Despite the msquare sending a mail to completed check in online, I was handed another stupid papier to complete at the reception, which I refused to do, I should them the email they sent me asking me to complete check in online. Due to the terrible Lagos traffic, a journey that was suppose to take 10 mins, took over an hour. When I got there and asked the receptionist for a cup of water. The lady called and somebody brought water and their paying machine. Honestly? Where is the guest services. They could not even give guest on arrival this. I asked to see the room they were going to allocate to me. It was a room to the right side of the hotel on the ground floor, where their staff all walk pass your windows and you can sell the house of their staffs and they keep talking all through the night. If Nigerians are use to sleeping with Generators and loud noises, this rooms are not suitable for foreigners. So people can’t sleep with noise and nobody comes on holiday. They could not give me another room and I refused to take the room and contacted Expedia who returned my money despite it being a non refundable booking. Must a say after a man came who was in no way going to solve the problem and he was the one who told them to give me a bottle of water. All they care about is collecting guest ‘s money. But no customer services, no solving of guest problems. Have used this hotel a few times,never again. Outdated now.
