"Super agradable ls hostal, tiene todo lo necesario. Wifi que no falla, cama cómodas, agua caliente, calefaccion y no se escucha ruido alguno; el desayuno sencillo pero suficiente y rico; y si sales a tour mas temprano te preparan un lunch para que lleves lo que es super bueno. La atencion de Matias y su familia es maravillosa, son personas que te hacen sentir cómodo desde que llegas, mucha calidez humana. Es un buen lugar para llegar. "

"This has been our favourite place to stay so far. We stayed 2 nights before the W Trek and 2 nights after - they store your bags for free during the trek if you stay with them on your return. The beds are really comfortable, showers are hot and have great water pressure, the radiators and new double glazed windows keep the rooms warm. Good continental breakfast included. Everything was great. Thank you for your hospitality!"

"Amazing service! We had booked a shuttle to take us to the airport and they forgot about us. When I told the front desk they called and complained on our behalf and got our taxi fare covered by the company. Above and Beyond! Besides that, great homey breakfast, luggage storage, comfy bed and hot shower. Was worried it might be noisy, but not at all. There's also a shared space to leave/take supplies for your trek, including stove fuel."

"Clean and modern with a large king sized bed. Well located downtown and friendly front desk staff. Only complaints would be that it takes a long time to get hot water in the shower, and the WiFi is only good during the day when most guests are out exploring the park (gets very bad from 5pm-10pm)."

"Hostel El Refugio had all the comforts of home including a warm hearty breakfast every morning, comfortable beds with fresh linens in a private room, and private bathrooms. My visit was during fall when temps were colder. The hostel was always warm after a day outdoors. The owner Luis was very kind and accommodating, making sure you have everything for a perfect visit. "

"We had a wonderful time here! The receptionists were incredibly helpful, making the check-in process a breeze. The breakfast was absolutely delightful, and the lovely lady who prepared it was so sweet. Plus, if you have a car, there's convenient parking at the rear. Overall, it was a fantastic stay!"

Room was modern and clean, staff were super friendly and helpful, breakfast was excellent each day, and internet was fast. "The VEAT staff and owners were extremely helpful to me during my stay there. The hotel is in a great location - easy walking distance to the waterfront and restaurants. "Thank you, Jacob, for your generous hospitality and your efforts to secure a one-night rebate from Expedia for my stay from June 16th to 18th. I sincerely hope your request is successful and that I receive the refund for my one-night stay. The chaos of duplicate room bookings arose due to two tour operators canceling my booked tour at the very last minute, which forced me to seek alternative activities for my trip to Patagonia. While this situation was unfortunate, it is in no way a reflection of the hotel’s quality—just a bit of bad luck on my part in planning. Despite this, my trip has been wonderful, and I definitely plan to return to Puerto Natales, possibly staying at your hotel again. Thank you once again for everything!"
