"The place was ok for the value.. However the smoke alarm rang they the whole building causing everyone to go outside. Then told "everything was fine" and it happened again over 6 times throughout the night
Then in the morning a security alarm went off. When asking for a partial refund which I think is reasonable considering not much sleeping happened they didn't respond
Would not recommend!"

"Excelente ubicacion.

"Absolutely great. The pictures don’t do the property justice. Very spacious, spotless clean, totally fell in love with the floors. The sauna and tub were spectacular, got some amazing aurora views while relaxing in both. The neighborhood was great, with multiple stores like Bónus just a few minutes away. The owner was super friendly. Would definitely stay here again. "

"The agent did not respond to any emails or phone calls.
The problems with the apartment include:
Very difficult to locate. It took four of us 40 minutes as there are multiple doors.
Too hot and no ability to control temperature.
No instructions at all. As this included an oven with dials in Icelandic, it was an issue for us.
Would not stay here again."

"We received an email from B18 team about check-in instructions and it was very good system. Checked into the room after midnight as our flight was in the evening, we were confused at the room door but the staff was very helpful and kind on the phone. The door handle is very stylish ( touch keypad!)
The projector was great for us to have a relaxed time after sightseeing in the city!"
