Nice hotel. Only issues were, the bed is showing its age. And the updated shower is not great. The shower arm from wall is too short and the shower head is too big and not enough water pressure to make it work right. I women with long hair hate showers with zero, pressure. I couldn’t wait to get home and take a shower.

Check-in was scheduled for 3:00, and we arrived at 4:00, only to be told that rooms were still being prepared due to a backlog in the laundry. We were third in line to get a room and told we would receive a call when our room was ready. After not hearing anything, we called at 5:45 and were told the room was almost ready. Being delayed again, we went out to eat and returned to finally check in at 8. The extended wait was frustrating, and we were especially grateful that we didn’t need access to the room right at 4:00 as originally planned.

Room and hotel was very clean, staff was friendly and helpful . The breakfast buffet staff was very polite , asking if we needed anything else and took our dishes when we were done. Hotel is located next to many food options and 15 min from Purdue
