"The property looked sad, like it needs some modernizing. The staff looked miserable and the machines were filthy. Didn't win anything and waited an hour for cold enchiladas. "

"The room and service was outstanding! The food options were really great and room service dining hit all the marks! We should’ve looked closer at the pool as it is not an indoor pool. It is half outdoor and unheated so the kids were a little disappointed in that area but other than that, I highly recommend staying again"
