Hotel berdekatan Ladang Anggur Blenheim

"Everything in the room was dated. The rug had stains, the in room refrigerator had no adjustment controls and was only mildly cool, there was no emergency fire escape diagram on the door and we were on the 4th floor, there was no TV guide, there was no information in the room informing guests on restaurant hours or an available menu, etc. The stay simply lacked basic amenities that should have been available to guests. The positives are that the room was relatively clean, easy parking, and we...

"Checked in late. The process was smooth and the room as easibly accessible."

"Worst hotel I have stayed at in a very long time. Was on the 4th floor with a non working elevator. No blow dryers in the room. Floor in the room had chunks of hair on it when I checked in. During checkout times, they choose to mop the stairs making navigating down 4 flights with luggage a suicide mission. Hotel staff was unapologetic about state of hotel and just said there were no other hotels available since it was homecoming so good luck."

"Simple and clean space. Although facilities are a bit out of date"

"Great location for pickups and to get around."

"There was not a bartender. However; the front desk was very helpful."

"Rooms were nice. Doormen/valets were extremely helpful and friendly. However, the front desk staff were essentially worthless in helping with problems and were unapologetic and nonchalant that they couldn’t help on just basic things. They seemed bored with their job to a person. As a regular Bonvoy member one of the worst experiences with front desk staff I have experienced especially at an Omni."

"The only good - nice staff, good water pressure in the shower. The room was very old looking. The carpet was nasty ( needs to be replaced asap). The beds were not comfy. The walls are paper thin. We were awaken at 2 am by drunken arrival of new quests that moved ito the next closest room. Those same drunken quests were talking loudly for about 1 hour. Sleep Inn ended up being without good sleep for us."

"Wish I had discovered this hotel earlier for our stays in Charlottesville. Nothing fancy, but was quaint and quiet."

"This was our second stay at the hotel. Each time we have been blessed to have the same, nice, very polite guest services lady. She is always very accomodating and helpful."
