"Beautiful hotel! Amazing building and decor. Very friendly reception staff. Beautiful room, very comfortable bed and good amenties. Amazing bathroom. Had drinks and at in The Refuge, wonderful staff who were attentive. Delicious food and cocktails. When I next stay in Manchester I will be staying here - such a great hotel!"

"It was clean, close to the city centre walking wise and staff were helpful. The lifts during checkout time were packed - we had to walk down 8 flights of stairs as the wait wasn’t worth it. The room itself was fine. I wouldn’t use the parking recommended as Google reviews say it’s a hotspot for crime. I parked at Q Park First Street instead which is slightly pricier but worth it for the security."

"This is a great hotel to stay in if you’re travelling from Manchester Airport. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the bar and restaurant have a great menu but it can get busy so boo ahead. The location is fab and the vibe of the hotel is nice and relaxed - a great way to start a holiday. Tribe is our go to if we need airport accommodation."

"The stay was great. Lovely staff. Clean room. Great choice of breakfast. Didnt use hot tub or pool unfortunately as we had our dogs with us and didn’t want to leave them alone although they are welll behaved and would just have slept we didn’t want to leave them in a strange place. We will go back as we loved it"
