"Our room was not ready even at 5 pm. We got a temporary room. Relocation was not smooth as the front desk and housekeeping were out of reach completely. We had to use the landline to connect at least to some staff from the hotel."

"Nice, fairly basic room and convenient location for Central station. Ideal for a one night stop. Some rooms have balaconies and some a julliet style one. Downside was the shared access as it’s in an apartment block with a small lift. This was mostly fine as there are locked partition doors for the hotel rooms but these were often left open - we were in pairs so felt fine but a solo female might not feel as safe"
