"Superbe hôtel, avec une très belle vue sur Elbasan. La chambre était très confortable et climatisée. Parking gratuit. Très bon restaurant disponible sur place pour le soir. Immense piscine extérieure et aussi intérieure, un bonheur en hors saison. Seul petit bémol, le petit déjeuner moyen."

"It's a new hotel and so everything is clean but there's no coffee/tea/minibar items in the room. The breakfast is served at a nearby hotel which's not ideal if someone comes for breakfast very late (near 10.00am).The hotel is located close to all amneties, restaurants, public transport etc. and the staff were very nice and helpful."

"Great hotel with very clean and spacious rooms. The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a quiet area, which made for a relaxing stay. I especially appreciated the huge rooms and comfortable atmosphere. Highly recommended!"

"Very nice boutique restaurant located close to everything. The room was big and spacious, with a tall nice window, very French style. The tv was strangely placed on a corner, not very practical. The staff was really nice."

"Great hotel in a very walkable location. The pool and spa area were fantastic and the room itself was HUGE with a very comfortable bed. We didn't have time to try the restaurant but it looked beautiful. The only thing I would say could be improved is the checkin process. They make you fill out a fairly long form that asks you things like your room number and what days you are staying, information they should have readily available."

"Wonderful stay and staff- especially Antonela she was extremely helpful!!! Guided us to all the right places we needed, assisted with taxis, was personable, friendly and by far the best staff member we have interacted with our whole trip!! Place was clean and the bar tender was also fun and made delicious drinks- overall a wonderful stay and we highly recommend! Great location too- the Square and numerous things are in walking distance but also a 500 lek cab ride-so many things- we will back...

"Good breakfast. Personable owner and staff. Very clean room. No housekeeping during my 3 night stay. Television was inoperable. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Great wifi. Nice balcony with views from the 12th floor."

"Difficult to evaluate. If you are expecting a 3 star that is all singing all dancing -this place is not for you. If you like nature and walking and you just need a base from which to explore then you'll enjoy staying here. It is surrounded by a lake and treesThere are only a few staff who keep the place functioning. There is no daily room service but if you need anything just ask.The lady speaks no English but hey she's Albanian. Breakfast is basic. A drink, toast some tomatoes, meat and eggs....
