Weekend with a dog

We stayed over the weekend with our dog, and we loved it! Staff is pleasant and helpful, very discrete. Rooms are clean and overall experience was pretty good. Improvements could be made if dogs were allowed into the restaurants as well, but...we could do it on the terrace, so no biggy.

I really wanted to love this place. It has so much potential, and the interior design is great. However, sadly, my 2 nights there weren't as expected. 1. The pool was full ot bugs and flies and, overall, less clean than you would like it to be. 2. The bigger issue is that our shower broke the moment we used it, and then the water was dripping (not a little) throughout our stay... 3. The wifi is totally choppy, so if you want to work, you need to tether. 4. Lastly, the moment people arrived at the room next door, it felt as if we were in a dormitory ...you could hear everything they did or said. As luck has it, they werre also a group of inconsiderate guests and were up and about way after it's polite in a hotel setting. For the price, sadly, the quality wasn't there.

The place is good, big, clean, great staff and helpful. The air conditioner in the rooms are adjusted, which means, I believe, are controlled. You can't adjust the temperature and it's always hot. We had 4 rooms, and all 4 rooms had the same issue. When I made the reservations I choose to pay at the property, when I reserved the price was fixed, but when I check out the price changed. I end up paying $300 more. I asked for a better view, but never was given to me. Such a HUGE place and they gave me the WROST view, I can't believe the whole place was sold out. They didn't reach out to me. Great staff thou, the girls at the front desk are sweet. Overall good, but I would rather had an ocean view room. So much money to look at the parking lot...Never believe the pictures on the website, when they say "Garden View", it means: The Parking Lot and Pedestrian Site.

Maravilhoso: Mas Atenção a que hotel está reservar

Ótimo incrível. Localização, conforto,impeza, educação e presteza da equipe. Mais do que recomendo. Só é reciso ter atenção no hotéis.com em qual hotel pertence seu quarto. Porque o Girandella é divido em diferentes hotéis, uns 4 outros 5 estrelas, dentro de uma grande área comum.

Es war ein sehr schönes Hotel mit leckerem Essen und ausgesprochen freundlichem Personal. Alles war sehr sauber. Es waren auch genügend Liegen am Strand und am Pool. Einige Restaurants sind auch in der Nähe. Wir würden diese Anlage wieder buchen.

This is not a 5 star hotel, we were accommodated in 4 star room, the service is a disaster, staff is kind, but they no nothing about their job. The restoran was closed 15 minutes before the official closing time (lunch time). Overall, not worth of the price.
