"Clean good quality well equipped apartment. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Good central location. Only downside was online check-in of 4 persons full details including IDs by smartphone which could have been done more easily at the booking stage."

"Went in summer, so very quiet. Staff were friendly and when the hotel power went out communication was good and prompt. The front desk was not staffed the whole time while i was there, but this may be because of the time of year i stayed here. Very close to local shops and the room was clean and modern. The room was small, though the pictures demonstrate this too."

Palacio de Santa Inés hotel

10/10 Excellent

" ⸻ We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Santa Inés. The location is perfect, right in the historic district, which made it very convenient for exploring the city. The hotel itself is an incredible piece of history, dating back to 1520. Our room, the Alhambra, was truly unique. It felt like stepping back in time. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. We would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Granada."

"Great location, the parking for the whole city is a mission, regardless of what any booking site might state, there is no parking, very few hotels have any, you have to park at a public parking lot and that could mean a 15 min walk or a 5 min walk to your hotel, the one we used with the hotel was a simple 15 mins walk,no fault of the hotel, that’s the way the city is setup. Rooms were clean, not sound proof but quiet, we could hear some neighbors at night, we decided to stay a second night and rebooked and the second room was way quieter, so it’s a hit or miss on noise as we were at the end of the hall the second night. A/C was cold, good wifi and the moment you step outside, there is great restaurants within 100 meters. The breakfast was a simple continental, great to hold you off until lunch time. We would rebook if we return to the city. "

"Good hotel, rooms are clean and comfortable, the spa is the star of the show. Parking is great onsite, but please note you will have to enter a car lift so drive your car in. Once you have parked it’s recommended to walk to the main attractions, Overall very positive stay, would stay again "
