"Everything was wonderful. The only thing I could say that needed work were the beds were not as comfortable as I thought they probably would at this price point and the pillows were not any good. I must say they maybe should check out the pillows that NCL cruise lines uses. Because they can work from either soft or hard wants and needs.. other than that this place is wonderful. Breakfast is fantastic.. also, this is not a walkable area. They do supply transport to the metro. But there is nothing around this area. It’s an industrial area."

"Very conveniently located by the Milan train station. A five minute walk. Clean, renovated rooms. Staff is excellent. Very friendly, helpful and had great recommendations for lunch and dinner. We will be back."

"Clean, neat hotel located right across the street from Central Train Station. Could not be more convenient. Small lobby, but great bar and convenient restaurant. Elizabetta at the bar was super helpful. Knowledgeable about their drinks and very prompt. Really good experience at this hotel. Will be back."

"Overall is good but the shower in the bathroom is not holding firmly in the position. Hair dryer in the washroom was not working but the staff brought us a hair dryer to use. "

The rooms are beautiful and very clean but above all the people who work there make you feel welcome which is not the case anymore in some other Hotels these days.
