"Stay away from this property. It is not worth Expedia exposure property. I booked it for my sisters as it’s closer to San Juan Beach. It is a house turned lodging/dorm style. Not very upfront on additional fees on their listing. Terrible place for a stay. Might be okay for backpackers. 1. We were very comfortable on the first day we've met the couple, Feran and Thess. They were very accommodating and attentive to our needs throughout our stay in FNT transient house. "Griffin Lodge is a SCAM!! We had a confirmed booking on this place for February 25-27, 2022, also paid online and that it is no refund for any cancellations or rebooking.
