"There are 2 parts to this review. First the property is amazing, set in beautiful grounds with clearly marked trails and lots of birds and wildlife. All the staff are really helpful and clearly passionate about the location they work in. We did the onsite night walk and saw lots of animals including sloths, agouti, kinkajou and porcupine, alongside frogs and beautiful birds. "Good for staying and looking out the windows. Hotel wasn't bad, but no mini fridge in room. Walk for ice. Breakfast was OK, but few options. Close to the cloud forest, but we left early and left the area. Not for us, the town was a slow place to walk and window shop, we wanted adventure."

"The staff were so nice and beautiful villas very spacious and gorgeous. Were able To contact staff easily and our WiFi went out during a storm and they were quick to get it fixed and repaired for us. They did a special surprise on my birthday for me which was very nice of them and everyone was super nice and stunning views. Super close to waterfall and free breads at at Geckos. Highly recommend and will be coming back!"

"Very basis place. Staff is great and helpful but the place itself is 1 star equivalent. For example shower has hot water but sink does not. Beds are like sleeping on box spring very uncomfi. These are not complaints but just facts."
