"Staff was very friendly and accommodating to all requests. Outdoor sitting area for smoking available and their lobby bathroom was always clean. Food was alright but there are great alternatives in the area. Water pressure for the shower was great and the bed was comfortable, a very cozy vibe. "

"Beautiful property, restaurant was amazing and delicious. Front desk gentlemen was very curt with me did not tell where the elevator was or that I needed my key to operate the elevator. He said nothing just handed me my keys. The valet was great he actually explained these things to me."

"Staff was very friendly and the hotel was nice and clean. The only thing we didn't like was the area in which the hotel was. Unsafe and dirty. Definitely do not recommend walking around alone. People in the streets smoking pot...thats all we could smell. People sleeping outside hotel and people hanging out on all street corners. Its Baltimore, so I kind of knew what to expect but this was really bad and as i mentioned before, unsafe."

"Das gesamte Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insbesondere der junge Mann vom Parkservice hat mir sehr gut geholfen. Das Frühstück war guter Standart. Das Zimmer war ordentlich und sauber gereinigt. Der Fitnessraum war gut ausgestattet. Hier müsste nur der Multifunktionsturm umgestellt werden, damit man beim Klimmzug nach oben mit dem Kopf nicht an der Decke anstößt. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war auf jeden Fall in Ordnung. "
