"The hotel lobby area and pool area was very nice. The music was very loud in the pool area, so it was difficult to carry on a conversation. And I love music! The volume needed to be turned down to enjoy the beautiful space. Once inside the hotel we felt safe and comfortable in the public shared areas. The restaurant was fine. We ate our dinner meal and our breakfast the next morning. The room was very small and not the most comfortable space. There really wasn’t anywhere to set out luggage or hang clothes. The bathroom was decent - almost as large as the sleeping area. I am glad that we were there for only one night. The lock on the hotel room was quite flimsy. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for a one night pre or post cruise stay. Longer stays would be more uncomfortable with the smaller rooms. Also, the security at the hotel was great as it is situated in an area that does not feel safe. Not a great area to be walking around and sightseeing."

"The area looked beautiful in photos but it really was not feeling safe. We had an overnight before cruise and mainly just stayed in the room. The beach was lovely but we didn’t feel comfortable eating anywhere near this small hotel no elevator so be prepared to carry your luggage up stairs to higher floors. No where close to get a coffee in the morning."

"We stayed the night before our cruise. $25 cab ride away from airport and from cruise terminal. Cabbie did not recognize hotel name as it was called something else. Staff did not speak English but check in was easy. Rooms were a good size. Very basic amenities. Just a bed and a table and chair ( I think). No towels in room. I think there was a small soap. Front desk guy went to find some towels for us. Bathroom was poorly lit and slightly moldy. Water was cold. Breakfast was eggs, toast, juice and coffee. Staff member serving was friendly."

"Onyx me parece una opción buena y mas o menos barata ya que esta en lugar cerca. Claros las amenidades pueden cambiar, qun asi su personal hasta donde me ha tocado las dos veces ha sido muy afable. "

"I love this place this is my second time staying there and the host is amazing she communicates fast and helps out with any problems the house it’s self is really clean very secure this will forever will be my vacation home when I come back "
