"We were only told that neither the bar nor the restaurant would be open when we asked what times they would be available at check-in. This is especially annoying when we specifically filter your listings for these as having to travel again to eat is not welcome after already having spent a day travelling and walking into the village along a main N-road at night is dangerous. The "superior" room isn't very big and the wi-fi is terrible in it. The shower light doesn't work and the nozzle is broken so sprays a single stream to the side, which we only discovered after the owner had left after checking us in. I would not recommend this place. "

"We had a wonderful time in Albacete. The hotel was at perfect location- walking distance to all major landmarks and close to restaurants, tapas places, and stores. Highly recommend the hotel! The hotel staff was very professional and helpful with suggestions what to see and do! "

"A huge impressive building that’s low level (three floors). The spa (water jets and sauna superb after our 3.5 hour drive) and bar/lounge areas were great to relax in. The exterior poor cladding and some aspects of the building could make it a stunning place if given a refresh and detailing. The room was large, well presented, very clean and really quiet. Easy access of the main routes and quick drive into the city. A welcoming staff made it a perfect stopover. "
