She then accompanied my husband to the parking area ( very close by). She gave us wonderful recommendations and we will definitely stay here again! The pictures don’t do it justice!!"

"We had two rooms booked (Jade and Lapis Lazuli). Very spacious, clean rooms. AC worked great, rooms were quiet and both faced the outside and didn't hear any outside noise. This hotel is right in the center of the city, down the street from the Mosque-Cathedral (which is stunning and a must see), and everything you could want is nearby. "We were actually accommodated at a different property at last minute due to a problem in our room that could not be fixed in time. Communication about the change was effective and helpful. Alternative accommodation was excellent but not quite as well located as Casa San Mateo. "

"Excellent central location to the town - could hgardly be closer! 20 min walk to train station. We were in a 2 floor duplex which had 2 extra bedrooms which would be brilliant for a family . Ground floor lots of space , good table to eat at with very efficient air con . Very clean and bright but fully shuttered. "Aside from the apartment itself, which is new and well equipped, the building is beautiful, and the surrounding residential area is pleasant and well-kept.
