The hotel does not have a hot tub despite the amenities listing. The bed was excruciatingly hard, and the pillows were cheap poly fill that do not offer support. Although it was not the hotel’s fault (I guess), the smoke alarms went off about 1 am. The hotel did not make an effort to notify guests about it being a false alarm; instead, I called the front desk and was told that someone who was probably smoking set off the alarms. Now, I have heard many ridiculous things, but a person smoking setting off a three story building’s alarm system?!? Oh, an interesting fact is that the hotel staff can’t turn off the alarm, so the alarm continues to go off until the fire department disables it.
