Heating not operating, only two small electric heating elements available. Bad smell in general, but specially coming from the bathroom. L’accès est, comment dire, pas simple , une rampe en béton très pentue ou alors un accès a l’ascenseur par un dédale au sous sol sur des caillebotis en caoutchouc, pas simple non plus avec quelques bagages !
