Entire Staff, from doorman to breakfast, treated us like royalty. They went above and beyond to make our stay easy and trouble free, from booking our bus to Copacabana to giving us an early breakfast. Comfy beds, nice shower, gorgeous decor. This is a fantastic place to stay in La Paz.

The hotel staff was excellent. Cleanliness was excellent. Breakfast was very good. The only thing to be improved is the shower water that did not have enough pressure and not warm enough.

Well looked after and authentically decorated. Staff are extremely helpful. We had a 6am departure, so we asked for a taxi and they offered to open the restaurant with continental breakfast at 5:30 - we didn’t even ask!that’s customer service. Would stay here again. PS - if you don’t like the buzz and markets in the heart of old town, then you should skip this place. On the other hand it is close to many attractions.

This hotel was like an oasis in the middle of a very sketchy area. I was sad my trip was delayed so I arrived at 10pm and had to leave at 2 am, and wished I had longer to enjoy this hotel. But even arriving so late the receptionist was prompt in answering the door and pleasant to make sure I had everything I needed. The water was hot and the bed was comfortable.

Es un buen lugar pero tiene que mejorar en varios aspectos, por ejemplo, el desayuno no esta disponible a partir de la hora que publican, la habitación no se limpio/ordeno todos los días, tienen una campanilla que se escucha muy fuerte en toda la propiedad toda vez que alguien llega alguien y la puerta de acceso esta cerrada, muy molesta de madrugada especialmente.
