"Massive complex,so some rooms are quite a trek from the pools, but they are excellent pools, food as expected, grounds and buildings really good condition and clean, clearing service bit slow at meals, good WiFi, quite isolated, nothing within walking distance but bus stop outside hotel if you feel like exploring, although car a much more practical option. "

"Nice hotel if you dont matter a very close airport. Nice room and pools. Employees not too helpful and in one case cheeky if not reckless. Duty manager indefferent. Food: breakfast ok but go to one of the restaurants around in town for dinner."

"ok so... nice restaurant, nice people, nice pool, very close to the town plaza in tazzacorte... BUT: terrible beds (old, small, creaking Spanish style beds, small rooms even for top €, and many rooms are too dark - for what they are charging this place is not good enough."

"It is a very large resort. At the same time there is a lot of green space between the buildings. Restaurants are what you can expect from such a large scale area, international kitchen but fair. Reception is efficient. The room I had was onlt separated by thin door to the adherent room which had some influence to the noice levels from that room."

"Enjoyed our 3 night stay. Modern, clean comfortable room with fantastic views. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was good generally but grilled meats were chewy. Ample parking at the hotel but for a fee (10 euros/day). However, parking can be found along the road approaching the hotel. Area surrounding the hotel was quiet with few dining options."

"The apartments are very clean. Hotel restaurants are very nice. The bathroom need a little maintenance and modernization. There was a storm brewing and the hotel just left a flyer stating stay indoors a little more information would have been beneficial. "

"Not at all as expected; please be careful We decided we could not stay - and let them keep the money. We are 73 yrs old and we could stomach the offer. Only one room (and that quite small) and the main picture on the web offer was of a different property. No cooking facilities whatsoever. No fridge. No heating whatsoever. (and it was freezing!).
