"The property gave off Best Western vibes. The carpet was old, the rooms were a mix of traditional and modern. That can be done well, this wasn’t. "Great hotel. Quiet hotel outside the main parts but is an advantage. Near to town and beach through park. Didn't have breakfast but room was spotless and clean. Don't pay for parking as there's nearby side roads that you can park if you travel by car. There's a Carefore mini supermarket across the road if you want to get any drinks or snacks etc. There's no restaraunts near the hotel but you would normally go into the main town anyway to eat. "Overall the hotel was clean and tidy and our room was spacious and pleasantly decorated. Our big disappointment was the meal in the restaurant which took the shine off our stay. For the evening meal my wife chose rabbit as her main course and it was very chewy as it had not been cooked slowly in a sauce. I chose trout with a mixture of vegetables. Sadly the trout was totally tasteless."
