"This is a hotel that deserves a 5 stars qualification. The staff is extremely friendly and eager to help you out all the time. Breakfast is incredible. The building is beautiful and well maintained and is located in one of the best places of the city. Also the have an executive lounge that offers a great variety of snack. I recommend this hotel absolutely."

"If you’re looking for a quiet place to relax and chill, this is not it. If you’re in your 20’s and coming with friends this is the spot. Lots of music, it’s popping! Pretty loud till about 12-2am. Great food and drink options, everyone is very friendly. We did run out toilet paper and asked for fresh towel, neither of them made it to our room. Overall great place to have fun, dance and have a good time. Not too far from Starbucks and a Super Market! Also close to Surf City. Would stay here again but not with family."

"had an excellent stay at this hotel and would definitely come back. Everything from the atmosphere to the cleanliness made the experience truly enjoyable. The pools, in particular, were very clean and well-maintained, which made it even more relaxing for my family and me. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone was kind and helpful, but I want to especially mention Marina, who works in the kitchen. She went out of her way to help me store some cheese I had received as a gift by putting it in the fridge. That may seem like a small gesture, but it meant a lot to me—especially because I love cheese, and so do my kids! Her kindness made a big difference in our stay. If I could suggest one small improvement, it would be to add plastic cups in the rooms. We had a large bottle of water and found it a bit inconvenient not to have cups available. Overall, a wonderful experience with thoughtful service—I highly recommend this hotel!"

"For the price this is an excellent value hotel. The staff was amazing. Very attentive and available. The pool was big and clean. Our room was ocean front. It included breakfast which was good. We were only 5 minutes from El Malecon (the pier) with lots of restaurant options. From average to high end food. The only drawback is that its a three story building and there's no elevator. Luckily we're seniors and can still climb stairs.We will definitely be staying here again."

"The breakfast was OK, but if you have a long stay and you don’t want to eat the same thing every day. Rooms were clean need improve improvement like a mini fridge an iron to press your clothing. The pool was nice. Staff was amazing. Thank you all. "
