We stayed for two days. We happened to be there during a pageant. Our room was not updated, sink smelled, faucet was not screwed tightly, the shower head moved, shower curtain to small so water would jump out and there’s no rug, so had to be careful exiting. There was one bat and two lizards in the hallway. Some of the staff were nice and helpful. Pools to me are dirty and had mold. I would go back.

The rooms are very outdated, Douglas, Rebecca, Felix and Edwin were extremely friendly & helpful!! The other staff was not so much, Cruz was extremely rude & disrespectful. Cruz was trying to charge me and make me pay $256.00 in 38 champagne cups, he said I drank 38 champagne glasses which is nearly impossible for 1 person to drink and still be sober. The experience wasn’t the greatest. The bathroom in our room smelled like urine bad.

The beach was the best part. The rooms need to be updated. The water is slightly salty in the shower and sink not sure why. The property is currently being worked on so it looks like a construction site in some areas. But clean nice bedrooms and good room service. Great place to stay if you want to experience the amazing beach!
