"It‘s a great experience. However it did take us to run back and forth many times to inquire questions or services from the reception desk. The phone in the room never worked. Other than that it was an amazing place to get relaxed for families."

"My wife and I stay for two nights and it was excellent. Check in at the front desk was very easy with Ja-elle, and the room was fantastic. It was right by old Montreal and walkable everywhere. Breakfast was excellent and the coffee was hot. Would definitely stay again."
