"La partie restauration est parfaite. Le nettoyage des chambres est à revoir car la chambre n'est tout simplement pas faite. L'accueil du personnel est parfait, gentil, serviable. Nous fréquentons cet établissement depuis 8 ans une à deux fois par ans. Nous constatons que la prestation générale se dégrade au fil du temp, à notre grand désespoir. Votre politique de gestion dégrade la qualité d'accueil. ( Disparition des animations, propreté par exemple) "

"2ème séjour dans cet hôtel et certainement pas le dernier. Il est très calme. Très belle vue sur les montagnes et le jardin. Excellent petit-déjeuner avec du sucré, du salé et des fruits. Literie très confortable. Tout le personnel est sympathique. Pas de point négatif. Il y a même une piscine intérieure et une extérieure à partir de juin."

"séjour parfait concept vraiment bien juste une petite remarque. Le hall d'entrée est squatté en fin de journée par les activités des enfants et donc vraiment bruyant et par conséquent réduit la qualité perçue de cette résidence qui à mon sens est une très belle réalisation. Le SPA est également parfait nous avons testé les massages la prestation était très bonne."

"Lorsque nous avons réservé sur internet, nous pensions que d’après les photos notre appartement serait dans le château du site. Mais voilà, les appartements se trouvent dans une annexe non mentionnée sur le site, et nous avions l’impression d’être à Pierre et vacances. "
