We found the room a little small overall for something that was higher priced than normal, and it was tricky to move along the side of the bed on the window side, and although it was great that the bathroom was en-suite, it was so tiny and a bit too near the bed. "Overall lovely stay, fantastic location, amazing views, rooms and facilities were lovely. Unfortunately we had an incident where 2 parasols blew over onto me whilst walking by the pool, hitting me on the back of the neck. I was given ice. I enquired about writing an accident report for health and safety reasons ( we had several witnesses). The manager said that they don’t do this but I would have needed to go to the hospital to get an official report if they were tp document this. At that time...

"Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing, especially considering the price. The bathroom was in poor condition, with mold growing around the bathtub. The tub was also so small and awkwardly designed that there was barely enough room to stand for a shower. We practically had to squat to wash ourselves. "This is a horrible place. The first room the dirty towels and unmade bed shocked me. The room we next got had been prepared but the carpet was so dirty around 50% was actually black, the clean towels had stains. The staff are ok. The air conditioning works. The price for what it is is ridiculous. I will never use this hotel again. There is parking in the station car park but it’s very tight and there are dubious people hanging around."

"Hotel is located close to the center city and lake which is nice and it has parking on site at a reasonable rate. The web site for the hotel does not indicate you need to use a different address to get there is you are using Google maps (which the desk staff is clearly aware of) so it was frustrating to drive around for an extra half hour trying to get there. The desk staff was somewhat dismissive and off putting but the hotel itself was nice."
