"Parking spots were poorly lit and for the money they charge they need to ensure people feel safe! Someone ran over my car and there was nothing that hotel could do due to lack of cameras. The amenities were nice, food was good but way over priced."

"Utterly disgusted by the front desk here. They will Straight up lie to your faces. The air conditioning shuts off in the middle of the night because it's on a sensor, leaving you randomly hot and sweaty, it's also INCREDIBLY loud. Do not recommend."

"I found what looked like a crumb of food on the toilet seat and paper in the toilet. Other than that, the to room was clean. Decent hot breakfast. Plenty of parking. Amazing nice staff! We had a view of the hill..no frill, but it was no biggie."

"Unfortunately the hotel, despite it's great amenities, have triple charged my credit card after we checked out. I was never able to contact anyone from the hotel to get this straighten out. My messages went completely unanswered and my credit card was maxed out because of these extra charges. Horrible experience with the fraudulent charges and zero customer service or follow up."

"The unit was very big and beds were very comfortable. Parking was a challenge but front and back parking was convenient. there’s always parking on the street even though you don’t want leave your car full of stuff on the street. the train was a daily noise-since it is across the street. Other than that pretty quiet area. Very close to several beaches. Moonlight Beach and Ponto.All in all good place to stay."

"We will definitely stay again. The outdoor fun for the family is amazing. The staff was beyond wonderful. Breakfast was great (wish it started just a little earlier 7:30 was cutting it close when we had to be an hour away by 9 but it still worked out) the front desk lady in the evening was so very helpful and kind and the amenities are fantastic. We were very happy with the size of the room and cleanliness. This is a great stay. We had 7 people from ages 4-33 and every person had a great time...

"The suites were beautifully maintained. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was roomy. Studio suite felt very homey. Accessible amenities. Used the pool, appreciated it was temperature controlled. Also used the jacuzzi, it was well maintained and temperature gauge was easy to use."

"Staff was great, room was clean. Our bed was very uncomfortable and the spa did not have any amenities aside from a steam room that was not temperature regulated. Jacuzzi was very small for a resort and over crowded."

"The room was a suite, an upgrade, and very nice. Clean and with a good view. Very private and quiet. Not a lot of electrical outlets in convenient places to plug in a phone if you want to read in bed and no USB outlets in the room so bring your own cables and bricks, but most people will do that anyway. Parking is free and abundant. There was a nice restaurant associated with this hotel that unfortunately closed two years ago and remains empty. The good news is that means more parking and less...

"This hotel is currently undergoing renovations. When we checked in, the room appeared clean, but after walking barefoot for about 20 minutes while unpacking, my feet were black with dirt and dust. I immediately notified the front desk, and after we took a short walk with our dog, the room had been cleaned. The housekeeping staff was very friendly, but one day our room was not serviced. "The property was clean, location very convenient. I love the coffee available during the day in the lobby. The only critique would be that the staff couldn’t keep up with the hot breakfast items. They took too long to refill the items."
