"The apartment was actually very nice. The views are spectacular (9th floor), and the balcony is spacious. The location is nice and quiet, and the interior is nice as well. There are some negative reviews about the shower pressure, but it wasn't as bad as people wrote... I think it could be better but it was okay. "Outside of the property (2 story with outside steps) was very old and looked rundown. Inside was dirty with mud on the floor. bed was clean and sufficient for one night quick stay. People sitting around outside all night smoking weed. Our Door would not lock. A/C worked fine. NO breakfast of any kind. No bugs. "

"All I have to say is Richard was the only pleasant employee there. There was a gentleman that worked the dayshift and he was very rude and not supportive or caring or understanding. The elevator was broken and he didn’t even offer help. He said there is no butler service or any sort of thing and I had to bring my baggage up and down three double sets of staircases with my injuries and disability and it was unacceptable. "The room was a dump. It was dilapidated and not clean. First of all, the battery from the smoke alarm was missing and the smoke alarm looked very old. The bathtub was rusty and the soap scum on the walls was gross. The shower control handle was so loose it was barely operational. The stove had 1 working burner, the coffee maker does not work and the can opener was broken and unusable. There were no trash bags and only 4 hangers.
