Poor bed - sofa bed and creaky at night Room heaters do not work always Unclean, dirty, used blankets with lot of dust No shampoo, conditioner or body wash - have to ask the receptionist every time, not even an extra toilet roll Given the high price already, there was extra charges for the swimming ...
