Phenomenal location and first class property in every respect. Elegant dining and everything was well prepared and presented. Comfortable and spacious room with all amenities. Time didn’t allow us to sample the spa offerings but I’ve no doubt they’re remarkable as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Good choice, would go again.

Very quiet hotel, staff is very friendly and highly competent. they have a spa and a restaurant on a high level. the entire hotel is quite big and if it was to me, it could use a bit of a refurbishment. Rooms are clean and beds are comfy but could use a brush up. No big thing though as I slept very vell. Breakfast is very nice, would deffo stay there again.

Vackert hotell beläget i en lugn miljö

Ingen AC på rummet men jag sov med öppen balkongdörr och det var lagomvarmt 03 på natten. I övrigt ett fantastiskt hotell med fin restaurang med riktigt god mat.

Dans l’ensemble tout c’est très bien passer, le personnel tres sympathique, le fitness et le wellness top. Par contre le déjeuner étais compris dedans mais il étais vraiment petit et si on voulais des choses en plus tout étais en supplément donc un peu dommage et l’emplacement de l’hôtel en hiver et un peu compliquer si on as pas une bonne voiture. Mais sinon c’est vraiment un chouette hôtel avec des paysages juste magnifiques.

Bonne adresse

Chambre spacieuse, équipée simplement avec l'essentiel mais fonctionnelle hôtel bien entretenu mais à rénover bientôt SPA & piscine + salle de sport au top, un vrai moment de détente dommage que le tout ferme à 21h... Cuisine traditionnelle très bonne mais à rendre plus dans l'air du temps très bons vins ! personnel au top, surtout à la réception, mériterait de gagner en efficacité au restaurant le soir (j'ai attendu presque 10 min pour être installé alors que le restaurant était à moitié plein) Alentours très verts (forêt, plaines...)

Hot monopoly in La Chaux de Fonds

There are no alternative 4-star hotels in this town with equivalent facilities of spa and restaurant and outdoor grill haus. Hence the "monopoly". Alas, for a 4-star hotel, it has no cool air conditioning. There is a thermostat on the wall set to 20°C minimum AND maximum temperatures. That sounds wonderful, except nothing happens as there is no cool air outlet and the room temperature showed 26°C, which matched the weather report. That is the "hot" part of this review. You can open the patio door for outside air to circulate but it's also at 26°C. Also, flies and other insects can get in to dive at you. It is Switzerland after all, and the cows are in the next field, fully equipped with flies. I've stayed here both in Winter and late Summer. Temperature control is much better in Winter.

Eine gute Wahl

Freundliches Personal und eine gute Kueche. Besonderheit und gut es gibt kein Problem mit parken, da ein grosser Parkplatz am Hotel vorhanden ist. Das Fruehstuck ist reichlich.
