"Highly recommend The Retreat hotel! It was gorgeous and the views breath taking. The staff was very attentive and kind. Will definitely go again. The tours were over priced though. ~400 per tour and while the locations were beautiful it was not worth that much money. Also note there is no food you can buy except for in the restaurants there. So grab some snack at the airport. But highly recommend this place. Even in the rainy season it was amazing "

"Loved our brief stay here. It's a beautiful sanctuary of nature. Feels like middle of the jungle, but groomed. Our room was clean and inviting, the staff friendly and Patricia was super helpful in helping with our transportation needs."

"AMAZINGLY customer service oriented. Bereníce, staff, SO attentive, kind & thorough. Prior to arrival, resort administrator engaged to make personalized arrangements. Wifi steady & stable. Jacuzzi a plus. For arrival, standard vehicle OK (albeit slow w potholes with some portions being unpaved roads), but 4x4 might be helpful. Highly recommend to get away from it all to chill. I travel a lot, and I would go back. "

"El lugar es alejado de Jacó pero bello, muy tranquilo y lleno de naturaleza El personal es amable y servicial El desayuno buenísimo Lo malo; almuerzo/ cenas tienen una cocina pequeña y una persona qur atiende y cocina. La comida no es buena y es muy caro. La hora de check in es las 3 y el check out lo ponen a las 11 am ( cuando en todo lugar es 12md) entonces no estas las 24 horas en la propiedad"
