"We really enjoyed our stay here. Francesca was amazing. She helped coordinate my transportation for my stay. Welcomed me with birthday surprise at breakfast. Viviana was amazing during our break time as well . The evening bar tender who was the there for most of my stay he was so courteous and helpful. "Incredibly clean property. Our room was spotless! Loved the spacious room, especially the walk-in shower. Good variety of food at buffet breakfast. Unfortunately, due to work being performed, the electricity was cut off for hours 2 days in a row This affected hot water, including the pool, which we couldn't relax in after a day of sight-seeing. In all fairness, we were guests during the rainy season, not high season."
